Polar bear network?

Hello,
Every time I start my PC, a network called Polar Bear is automatically created, and the IPv4 connection function of my Wi-Fi network (Livebox Orange) indicates no internet connection even though the IPv4 box is checked. To restore everything to working order, I have to disable the network adapter and/or uncheck and recheck the IPv4 functionality, and miraculously, as soon as this function becomes operational again, the POLAR BEAR network disappears. It will only reappear upon the next boot of the PC.
Any idea on how to solve this problem?
