Paysafecard Activation without ID

Hello!
I ordered a paysafecard and received it today. I thought I could use it without an ID and simply recharge my balance manually. But when I try to register the card, it seems mandatory to send an ID. It was stated that the verification was only to unlock higher payment limits called "Unlimited". Does anyone know if it’s possible to use it without verification or if justification is required?

    You misunderstood

    Step 2: Identification

    Upload a copy of your valid official ID to confirm your identity. The documents provided will be reviewed as soon as they are submitted. You will receive a confirmation email once we have verified that everything is correct.

    Note: If you already have "Unlimited" status, identification is no longer necessary.

    You must, in any case, provide your ID (this helps fight against scammers)

    But IF you already have an "unlimited" account, it will not be necessary to resend your ID card.
