Hello,

I am currently having a problem with my Xiaomi Poco M3.
I wanted to restart the phone, so I held down the power button and selected "restart," but since then, the phone still hasn’t turned back on.

Do you have any solutions?

    Hello, the problem seems to stem from micro-capacitors that don’t always discharge. Some repair technicians are able to fix the issue in a few minutes, or we can also let it "drain" for 2 to 3 days and it will restart. We have 2 that have the same problem, and it seems that if they are less than 2 years old we can get them replaced under warranty.

  Idem : solution is to let it completely drain. This forces it to turn off. After charging, restart it and do not turn it off again.

  Same problem, no solution found. When I try to format it to factory settings, it shuts down and then doesn't turn back on. When I attempt to update it, it’s the same; once it’s off, it won’t turn back on, so it doesn’t update. I have to wait each time for the battery to die to try and turn it back on, which is annoying. It has been unusable for 2 weeks.
