Hello everyone in the community. For some time now, my Canon Pixma G2411 printer has been showing me an error message "ink absorber nearly full." I would like the community to help me locate this absorber, remove it, and clean it to finally put it back. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you and see you soon.

Hello,
The ink absorber is located under the tray containing the ink cartridges, when the tray is at rest, that is to say generally on the right.
- Either you change the absorber
- Or you clean the pads of the absorber
- Or you reset the ink counters
With these keywords, do some research on the internet; if you can't find anything, contact Canon's customer service, but be careful, the prices are high.

Thank you for your assistance. Unfortunately, I am unable to remove all the absorbers to clean them. I am also trying to reset the ink counters according to the methods I found online, but I cannot do that either. Anyway, thank you for your help.
