I'm reposting my issue online.
My car radio is not locked due to a code problem, but rather because the buttons are not functional.
I took it to the dealership and they said there’s nothing they can do. I had seen on forums issues related to codes, but mine does not have those problems.
When it’s turned on, it asks for the secret code that I know, but it’s the buttons that do not respond.

We shouldn't kid ourselves... either there have been too many attempts to enter the code incorrectly (even if it was correct...) and that has blocked the system... or the car radio is broken... and in both cases only a dealer will be able to fix it...
I'm keeping the subject open (for now), but it is pointless in any case...

I assume there is an error code... after you have entered the code... The manual should (perhaps) provide the meaning of this code...
On the other hand, if when you enter the code, nothing displays... if there is no response... it’s an electronic malfunction of the car radio... and only the intervention of a technician after disassembly and various checks may be able to do something (asking for a quote is recommended in these cases...)
