Maximum number of emails that can be sent with Thunderbird

Hello,

I just installed Thunderbird, I am not very skilled (I used to use Outlook Express).
I would like to know the maximum number of recipients I can send an email to with Thunderbird.

Is there a free bulk sending solution (I have 2000 contacts)?

    After conducting extensive research, I can't tell you precisely the maximum number of recipients. It seems that it depends on your Internet service provider.

    However, there is a Thunderbird plugin called Too Many Recipients, which distributes the recipients of your email across multiple identical emails, solely to remain under the allowed limit.

    But you may encounter a problem as I believe this plugin is not compatible with all versions of Thunderbird.

    This plugin is stated to work with Thunderbird version 10.0 30.
    We are currently on version 78.10.2

    Forget it!

    Mass sending depends on the provider. Generally, it is recommended to limit to about thirty per email, provided you use authenticated sending (default values when setting up an account) or risk being considered a spammer.

    For bulk sending, there are companies specialized in emailing.
