I have a THUNDERBIRD email account that works with IMAP (on my desktop computer). Since yesterday, I am no longer receiving my emails. Until now, I had to enter an IMAP password to receive them, but now nothing. I haven't done anything special. How is it possible since I am still receiving them on my laptop? Thank you

Hello, no error message. When I open Thunderbird, I see my emails stopped on November 18th but nothing else. My account is there. The IMAP port is 993 and security is SSL. No problem with the mobile since I'm replying to you, but I prefer to use my desktop PC. Should I delete Thunderbird and reinstall it? Or maybe another FREE email client? Thank you

I didn't pick up but "incoming mail", I think it's the same thing. But, miracle, after turning the computer off and on several times, it works again, yay... Thank you for replying. Best regards.
