Artifact and crash on my PC

Good evening everyone,

The day before yesterday, I was playing on my PC that I recently built, then all of a sudden everything crashed with color artifacts all over my screen, in squares not long lines.

Since that moment, I cannot access my desktop without crashing, having artifacts, it's unusable, however in safe mode there are no bugs and I can access my desktop and perform tasks.

I have an 8GB Sapphire Radeon RX 5500 XT graphics card as well as a Ryzen 5 3600 processor.

What I have tried:

Uninstalling all AMD drivers to reinstall an earlier version, the same goes for the current version.

Uninstalling a recent Windows update (since the AMD and Windows updates, this bug has appeared).

It's really strange because every time I uninstall my graphics drivers, I can access my computer (desktop) in normal mode without any bugs, but as soon as I reinstall them, I can no longer do so and only safe mode works.

Thank you in advance to those who will take the time to help me

Best regards.

Artifact issues often stem from a graphics card problem.
    So to define it quickly:
Do you have another graphics card on hand to replace the 5500xt?
Or do you have another PC, like a friend's? To try the 5500xt on?
What temperature does the graphics card reach? Do the fans on the card work?

      Hello, thanks for your reply,

I have an old PC but I don't think the motherboard is working, and I have no way to do a stress test because as soon as I install my graphics drivers, the PC becomes unusable, except in safe mode. I live in the countryside, so right now I have no way to test this at a friend's place...

But the fans were running when the GPU needed it, with AMD Radeon software.

After checking, the fans are working very well, even without drivers installed.

Note that the GPU is new!
