Hello, I bought a Doro 8062 (suitable for seniors) from Orange for my wife.
But she is subscribed to Free (€2). Her SMS/MMS work for a few days and then stay in the outbox.
To fix this, I put my Orange SIM card in her phone, restart it, then replace her Free SIM card. The SMS/MMS sending works again for a few days!
The time function on the Doro is set to auto by the network.
Free is not helping me and I can't find a solution. Thank you for your help.

Have you checked the APN settings?
Purchased from Orange (Orange configured)
Using Free; it may be necessary to change the settings.

I followed the steps you recommended. Since May 15th, I haven't had any issues with SMS. Thank you.
For your information, I also uninstalled all the default Orange apps.

Yes, I checked. When inserting each SIM card, the settings are automatically changed.
The problem is that the SMS stop being sent after a few days as if the Doro Orange was taking control again! Orange's customer service assured me that this was not possible!
