Hello,
I’m new here... usually, I always find answers to my questions on Google...
For a while now, I’ve been having an inversion of the letters ö and é.
I have a Swiss French keyboard, but all of a sudden it’s reacting like a Swiss German keyboard...
I really don’t know how to solve this little issue!
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me!

Some clarifications about the context would be very helpful. Have you restarted your Mac, and is the problem still present? What choice has been made in the "Input" menu (the little flag at the top right)?

Good evening Bernard,
Thank you very much for your quick response... but I only found it this evening... I'm sorry, it slipped my mind.
Just as I opened my Mac this evening, I finally saw the label up there that said "Swiss German keyboard"... and I switched it back to "Roman" and everything is working again.
I had changed the keyboard in the settings, but it wasn't working!
Thanks again so much!

There is a keyboard shortcut that is not very well known and can lead to this kind of glitch: in the "Keyboard" system preferences panel, you can switch from one "input method" to the previous or next one using the Command Space combination. It can happen that you activate it without realizing it, and it's very confusing. In any case, that's what happened to me, and I unchecked the corresponding boxes to avoid being surprised:
