Hello,

My friend's MacBook keyboard is only typing in uppercase, even though the shift key is not activated. Could one of you help me?

Configuration: Mac OS X Lion (10.7) / Firefox 38.0

    Hi;
    Be careful, press both Shift keys (on the right and left side of the keyboard) at the same time.
