Hello,
It's indeed the ringtone during a call, not the alarm which has a special programming allowing to set the number of repetitions, right?
I invite you to check in your customer area how your operator's voicemail is set up.
That could be the cause of the problem.
Is this device new? Are the batteries recent? Worn-out batteries can also be a cause.

It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...

Yes, the device is new, I bought it last Wednesday. Yes, I'm talking about the number of ringtone incoming calls, it rings only once and then nothing, the home screen appears. For the operator, there is no voicemail, it's really disgusting.
