PC can no longer connect to mobile hotspot.

Hello,
My Asus PC spontaneously can no longer connect to the mobile hotspot of my Samsung G40 smartphone.
The Wi-Fi connection is indeed activated on the PC. On the mobile hotspot settings page, it does not recognize my smartphone, the page is grayed out. However, in the Wi-Fi settings, the smartphone properties are well known in "Manage networks"! But it does not appear in the available Wi-Fi networks during the search mode. Network reset done with no success.
The day before it worked, and the next morning it was impossible.
Last Windows 10 update date was 04/26/21 (issue the next day) kbps 4023057 and on 04/16/21 kb5001330.
With this info, could anyone please give me a solution? My situation does not allow for any other internet connection than my smartphone. No router

Note that yesterday we tried with a Huawei portable and the mobile hotspot worked..
I was able to update the Mobile Hotspot settings and input the corresponding details of the smartphone and here is the message I got: it is indeed GHz -
If I set both PC and smartphone to 5GHz (on the smartphone in the settings it says 5GHz preferred, ... without my opinion...) and on the mobile hotspot settings the red message is:
You are sharing your connection on the 5GHz network. The network cannot appear on devices that can only connect to the 2.4GHz network
What should be understood? Because even if I switch back to 2.4 on both devices or available bandwidth on the PC, the same message appears and I still don't have the smartphone in the list of available networks -
