Wifi not working on Dell Latitude 5440

Hello,

My brother cannot connect either via wifi or Ethernet to his box with his Dell Latitude 5440 laptop.
The box is working because his second laptop is working and the TV is too.
I brought the device back to my place, it underwent antivirus scans, Rogue Killer which removed some issues displayed in red, defragmentation, and even an update.
At my place, it connects with the cable, but not via wifi, even while placed 50cm from my box.
In the device manager, there are no yellow warnings, I removed the wireless driver, reinstalled it, updated it, but nothing works - it still won’t connect.
I also ran: sfc /scannow, chkdsk, dmsi = failure.
It always stays in airplane mode, and when I click on wifi, within seconds, without touching anything, it switches back to airplane mode.
At this point, I admit I don’t know what to do anymore!
If anyone has a bright idea, I would be grateful.
Thank you for your help.

I found the solution, see the pictures:

On the left side, you need to push the button forward, but nothing indicates that!

On the front right side, this time the wifi indicator light is on!

    And there you go!

    Have a good day.
