Satellite decoder settings

Hello,
I just bought a satellite dish, I've set it up for the Astra program but I don't know how to configure the decoder
I need your help
For the settings I'm being asked
The satellite
I chose Astra 19.2
For the transponder I'm lost
I set 12148H27500 because I have 100 for quality and 95 for signal
For DISEqC1.0 I set 1
For DISEqC1.1 I set 1
LNB type 10750

I don't understand anything about the settings
My dish is Sedea
My decoder is Sedea ST5300

I don't know if I've provided all the information
