FranSat error "FT1"

Hello everyone.

My Fransat decoder is displaying the message Ft1. I tried the following operations: turning it off, unplugging it, removing the smart card, waiting and then reversing the operation by inserting the card when the display shows
"BOOT" or "----".
On your site, I saw a response suggesting entering a code 0000 or 1234. I don't have access to any keyboard. I tried on the remote control, but it doesn't work; it does nothing. There's no access on the television either.
The card is 3 years and 7 months old. The expected expiration is 4 years.
If you have a solution? Thank you very much.

      My decoder no longer shows "BOOT" or "----". It is stuck on the message "Ft1". Following the instructions from the site you sent me, the problem is not resolved. I had already tried.
