Hello,

I own a Canon Pixma TS7450i printer, which has given me complete satisfaction up until now.

For several weeks now, for reasons I can’t explain, image prints are pale, both in black and white and in color.

I’ve checked the ink cartridges and everything that can be checked, and nothing seems wrong.

Where could this sudden paleness come from?

    Hello,

    Check the print quality settings in the printer software (choose "High Quality" or "Photo").

    Clean the print heads via the device interface or Canon software.
