Hello,
I am having a problem with my Redmi Note 9 Pro phone. During a phone call, I have to use the speaker to hear my correspondent. But before this issue, I noticed some instability, as the phone would turn off and on again when I brought it to my ear. I am not sure if it's a version problem following an update. Here is the version I have: MIUI 12.0.2
I would really like to resolve this issue. For your information, I am not using headphones.

THANK YOU, but unfortunately Bluetooth is not activated and the system update is fine. Until now everything was working well (I've had it since the end of September 2020)...
I restarted the device but no change. I'm going to try removing and reinserting the SIM card, you never know.
