Hello,
I suddenly have a problem today with my HP C4580 printer. It displays the message "Damaged or missing cartridge" even though the cartridge was recently changed (non-original cartridge).
I saw a procedure that seems foolproof on the website but it requires entering the printer's BIOS.
How do you access the printer's BIOS?
Thank you for your responses.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 89.0.4389.128

Hi, it’s not exactly the same model but it's worth trying BertMdk's method in this post https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-19146623-cartouche-absente-ou-endomagee-c4280.

Good evening,
The method doesn't work, even when pressing the red cross three times at the end of the process instead of two, as suggested by a participant.
I had found a post that provided another method but it started with "You need to enter the BIOS, see above." I couldn't find the "above," hence my post to ask how to get there.
If you could help me find that post, or another one on the subject, that would be great.
