Good evening, I ordered a package, I regularly check the status on UPS and suddenly on the tracking display it says there is an anomaly and it states: "We are trying to obtain the secure access that our driver needs for this delivery."
If possible, could you provide me with some information, as the delivery of the package was scheduled for today and I still haven't received it.
