Hello,
The red and blue lights on the subwoofer are constantly blinking and no sound is coming out, but the sound works on the soundbar.
I have to unplug the subwoofer in order to reset it with the soundbar.
Of course, the process is done as instructed, meaning: the soundbar and the subwoofer are plugged in but not turned on, hold the button on the subwoofer for 5 seconds until the blue light flashes, press mute on the remote until the ID signal appears and the setup is activated, the bass/subwoofer sound is correct.
But when the whole system is turned off, the subwoofer starts blinking with the red and blue lights at the same time again.
Thank you for your help
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 14.0.3

Problem solved, the main thing to do is to unplug the soundbar and the subwoofer, wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging both devices back in and perform the pairing procedures as instructed. If any issues, please contact me.
