Hello,
My system seems to no longer be powered. At first, I thought the remote control battery was faulty, but after changing it
there's still no way to turn on the device.
Since there doesn't seem to be a switch for manual operation, has anyone encountered this problem before and is there a solution to clarify the issue or determine what is defective?

Hello everyone. I just bought the Bose Solo 15 on December 17, 2014, and I encountered this problem the very next morning. I couldn't turn it on. I unplugged it and plugged it back in, and it worked again. Then it happened regularly every 4/5 days.
I went back to the store where I bought it, and they replaced it immediately.
I came home, plugged it in, no problems for 5 days, and then it happened again!!! It’s obviously not a problem with the device but a local issue at my place, since they sold 30 of the same series in that same store at the same time without any returns, except for me, of course!!! I called BOSE and spoke to a technician who told me it was a power issue (which I had figured out) and that variations in my electrical setup were putting the system into safeguard mode (while it’s off?). Two solutions were proposed to me. Change the power outlet, and if that doesn’t work, put the SOLO 15 on a UPS (But who pays for the UPS?).
AND ON YOUR SIDE? ANY NEWS? ANY SOLUTIONS?

I have the same problem; I have to unplug it every time to turn on my Boss Solo, it’s annoying.
