I lost my Discord account because of 2FA.

Hello,
I was logged out of Discord on my computer.
I entered my credentials and it said that I needed to enter my Discord backup codes.
However, my phone is not working anymore and I have no other device connected to my account.
Please help me :/

Hello, if you can no longer log in with 2FA, there are 2 backup solutions:

- Use the backup codes (if you remembered to store them in a safe place)
Note: the Discord team cannot disable 2FA or provide you with new backup codes.

- If you have enabled SMS backup authentication with your phone number, once you have another phone and can reuse your phone number, you will only need to log in this way.

If you have neither your backup codes nor SMS backup authentication, you will no longer be able to access your account.

Another, more expensive solution would be to repair the phone in hopes that 2FA is still configured.

Bonjour, I had the same issue except that I had the Authy app which was recommended to me. I followed the steps to reconnect, and when I tried to enter the 2FA code, a pop-up told me that the code is invalid. I've tried several times and nothing works. If you know what's going on???? Thank you and have a nice day.

I have exactly the same thing; my phone was run over by a car. I managed to see the code, but none of the codes work.
