Hello CCM members,
Today I am reaching out to the knowledgeable and/or experts in Windows 10 to help me find a possible technical solution. I recently reset the Windows 10 operating system on a Thomson NEO14-32WC computer (see photo 1), but I did not back up the drivers before reinstalling the operating system because I was convinced that it was not necessary since they would be included in the ISO I used (as is the case with MacOS or certain Linux distros). Unfortunately, this was not the case, and now I find myself with a computer that has completely lost all drivers such as Wi-Fi, sound, and others (see photos 2 and 3). Consequently, I cannot (technically) connect to the Internet because there is no Wi-Fi driver and the computer does not have an Ethernet port, which would allow me to perform an online diagnosis.
So I come to you because I am sure that someone among you in the CCM community has the necessary expertise to solve this technical problem and would be kind enough to share a bit of their know-how.
Thank you in advance, and I wish you an excellent day.
