Driver Thomson WLG 1500A, up-to-date driver BUT.

Hello,
I have a Thomson WLG 1500A wifi key, and I also downloaded the driver from this site:

I chose the one for Windows 7 (because I have Windows 7 ^^)
I'm doing what it said to do, which is to go into the device manager and update the driver. At first, it said that the driver was not compatible with the platform. I insisted a bit and now it says the driver is up to date, but the yellow exclamation mark is still there, the key has no lights on, and I can't connect to the internet at all.
What should I do...
