Hello,

I have a HUGE problem please help me... I lost my password and I didn't enter either an email
mail or a phone number... Do you have a solution please it's really VERY important!!

So... I contacted Roblox (the link I used is the one that MPMP10 gave me) and in the email, I asked them to send me something to recover my password to the email address I used to contact them. A few days later, I received a response saying that my account had been updated and I was able to set a new code. If you don't receive a response the first time, I recommend trying again because I contacted them 3 or 4 times before getting a reply that wasn't from a robot... Good luck!

Yes, but did you have the username? A proof that this account was yours?

His does not have an address or a registered phone number or any purchases. And it was not a robot responding to my emails.
I was clearly told that nothing could be done for me. :/
Finally, for her since I was warning to intervene for my daughter.

I did have a username and I also didn't have any purchases, saved address mail, or phone number. Personally, it worked for me afterwards, but I don't know about you; they sent me a way to reset my password even without an email address or phone number after I consulted them through that link... Well... They got my email address through the link when you are asked for the email address to send the request. Then they updated my account so that it looked like I had entered it from the beginning. Then I followed the usual procedure to recover my password.
