Hello,

since yesterday I can no longer access my game candy crush saga, I had reached level 4400 and something, I played every day, I’m so upset, it no longer appears in my games on the left of my FB page and I can't find it anywhere, I have a message:
"The user has disabled platform features: The attempted action is prohibited because the user has disabled Facebook platform features."
can someone help me??? Thank you in advance
