Hello, when I plug in my Ethernet cable I don't have a connection, can someone help me please?

Hello  You'll need to tell us more. First, what is the Ethernet cable connected to? A PC (what model and brand)? A box (Orange? Free?)?  Can you connect via Wi-Fi?

The Ethernet cable is connected to an Advance PC, the model is not specified but the motherboard is a GA-H61M-DS2 rev2.2 And it's connected to a Bouygues Telecom box.

And no, I can't connect to Wi-Fi because I don't have 4G.

Does the Wifi work with a smartphone?  Have you restarted your box and your computer at least once each?

Yes, the Wi-Fi works with my phone. I've restarted my computer but not my router. When I connect my Ethernet cable to the router, there is a yellow light, but it goes off 1 second later.
