Ethernet connection issue with my FreeBox

Question

Hello,

I have an issue with my Ethernet connection, that is, I have a laptop; I usually connect via Wi-Fi, but sometimes I connect via Ethernet. With my old box (SFR), I had no problem switching from Wi-Fi to Ethernet. "Unfortunately," I changed my box and switched to Free, and now I can still connect via Wi-Fi but I can't connect via Ethernet.
Why? Do you have a solution? If you need more information, just let me know.

I am using the cable provided by Free.
Unfortunately, since my desktop computer has died, I have only tested the cable on this laptop.

Hello Guillaume, What version is your Freebox? Have you tested all the other ports on it? Do the orange and green lights turn on when you plug in the Ethernet cable?

Hello,

I have a Freebox Révolution, and I have indeed tried all the ports and none of them work. There is an orange light flashing and a white one that stays on.
PS: The lights on my two FreePlugs are red.

CORRECTION:
The orange light (flashing) and white light (staying on) are on my laptop! There is indeed an orange and green light behind my Freebox when I connect my cable!

Hello,  Is the Ethernet cable you're using the one provided by Free or the old one from SFR? Have you tested a cable connection on another computer ...?
