Hello, after reinstalling Windows 10 version 20H2, I'm encountering two problems on my PC.

The first is that no audio output device is installed, yet there were some before. I tried the built-in repair tool unsuccessfully. When I go to the Device Manager, the audio, video, and game controller appears in the hidden devices with the driver: Microsoft Splitter Service Proxy. When I use my two Sony headsets via Bluetooth, they work correctly.

The second problem is that I no longer have the battery charge indicator, so I always have to use it plugged in. In the Device Manager under Batteries, the installed driver is: Microsoft AC Adapter. I checked the system icons, and the battery does not appear.

If anyone has a lead or a solution, I'm open to suggestions. Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

After some research, I found a solution to my problems.

I went to this site, https://www.station-drivers.com/inde...id=225&lang=fr, and I downloaded the driver pack associated with my Intel chip, specifically an Atom Z3735F, and for my OS Windows 1 32-bit.

After installation and reboot, the sound as well as the battery icon came back, by the way, I have no more hardware without drivers in the device manager.

    If this can help others.
