The sender's name no longer appears in the inbox.

Hello,
I have the Outlook application installed on my work computer but I can no longer restore the default display. Indeed, in the inbox, it no longer shows the sender but the recipients (so either my NAME if I am the only one in copy or the names of ALL the people in copy...), which is quite disturbing.
I have no problem with the sent messages, where the recipients are displayed correctly (which is logical in that case).
So I would like to know how to either RESTORE the original display (keeping in mind that the "restore display" option is grayed out and I cannot click on it in the settings) or have another way to display the name of the SENDER in the INBOX.
