Hello,
I hope someone can help me!
Let me explain:
Since yesterday, I can no longer send emails via Outlook 2010. As soon as I click on send, I receive the following email from "System Administrator":
"Some or all of the recipients did not receive your message.
Subject: TEST
Date: 02/18/2016 09:29
Unable to contact the following recipient(s):
'****** Chloé' on 02/18/2016 09:29
Server error: '550 Phpnet - relay denied - please authenticate' "
No one is receiving my emails, but I receive emails from others. By deduction, I imagine it’s this infamous "550 Phpnet" that is causing an issue. I don’t know how to access this problem.
Thanks in advance!
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 48.0.2564.109

Well, I found it!
You need to go to account settings (right-click - account properties);
Select "account settings";
Double-click on the address;
Click on "more settings" and then "outgoing server";
Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and then "log on using";
Fill in the username and password and then "OK".
Next, click on "next", the server will be tested and there you go!
Thanks anyway =)

It is clear that your settings are in the account parameters, and it's great that you found them because I was going to guide you to those settings. If your issue is resolved, please consider marking your topic as resolved.
