Press MENU (home button for me), then 1, 9, 9, 9, BACK. Now, there’s a special menu.
Scroll down the list to DRM Warning. (number 65, you can use the up arrow to go faster)
Press the right arrow to set it to OFF. Now, turn the device on and off
But also:
Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and plug them back in.
If that doesn’t work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory settings restore" or "initial setup" or "factory reset" (see menu) but you will have to redo all the installation and settings.
