Hello,
I have a window that appears in the bottom right corner, overlapping all others, and I can't seem to minimize/remove it

Any idea?

Hello

With more info it helps
what is this window overlapping with? images, folders, browser, ...?
do you have an antivirus, and if so, which one?
do you have an ad blocker, and if so, which one?

Hello,
It overlaps everything: browser, LibreOffice, PDF, Lightroom...
I have Avira as my antivirus, it is up to date. My ad blockers are Privacy Badger and uBlock Origin
I am constantly running with a VPN (Cyberghost) which recently updated via wyUpdate, which is not usual for it...

Thank you
I found it !!!
It's from Avira
Close Avira via Task Manager to test and reinstall it.

You're welcome!
Uninstall it and reinstall it or change your antivirus (Kaspersky...)

Hi, To complete Navibot, I would suggest uninstalling Avira and leaving Windows Defender in its place or Kaspersky.
