Gamers and Geeks of all kinds... Good evening!

I recently became the happy owner of a Playstation 5.

And I want to be able to play my console on my laptop so that my wife can watch television peacefully.

I have therefore installed PS Remote Play, the required software for remote play on Windows 10 from the official Playstation site.
https://www.playstation.com/fr-be/remote-play/

I have perfectly configured the console by enabling remote play.

However, every time I launch the PS Remote Play program, I keep getting the error code (0x80001fff) and the connection to the PS5 drops.

I have tried everything! Uninstalling / reinstalling,
running as administrator,
disabling Kaspersky Total Security antivirus and firewall,
disabling two-step verification...

Nothing works, error error always error.

I have searched the web and I have noticed that there are many players in the same situation without finding real solutions.

Can you help me get rid of this error code so that I can play remotely, please?

Thank you in advance for your responses...

Have a great evening.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 88.0.4324.190

    Hi friends...

I found the solution to the problem!
I uninstalled the antivirus and now it works perfectly!

But I still have a question...

How do I configure Kaspersky Total Security to be able to play with the antivirus protection?

    Thank you for your answers...
