Hello,

Today while working from home I'm encountering an issue. My third screen is detected by my laptop but it only displays "no signal." Yesterday, however, everything was working perfectly. For your information, my laptop is connected to a docking station. This screen is recognized by the system, and I can even move the mouse to it in extended display mode.
Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hello,

Have you tried connecting this screen directly to the laptop?

      Hello,

Indeed, when I connect my screen via HDMI alone, it works.

In this case, it could be a problem with the docking station: the screen should be tested alone with the docking station.

Or a driver/setting issue. Do the three screens appear when you go to the Windows display settings?

The screen alone with the docking station does not work either. However, the system does recognize my screen (when I move the mouse, I see it moving over to the next one). Furthermore, when I take a screenshot, I can see what's being displayed.

Ah, it looks like the docking station is having issues. Maybe a bad connection.
Have you tried swapping the screens?
