Hello everyone,
After multiple searches, I can't seem to solve my problem, so I'm turning to you:
The fact is that I just moved and reinstalled my PC with its two monitors, a LG 21/9 and a Samsung (A SyncMaster 2333 (The one that doesn't display anything)). The Samsung is detected by the computer but displays nothing.
The screen only has a VGA output and is connected to the PC (more precisely to the graphics card) via an HDMI adapter. I want to emphasize that this system worked perfectly before, and it seems that I had the same problem during my previous move.
I have already tried several manipulations that I saw in other posts with the same problem, but nothing works:
- Enabling the multi-screen option in the BIOS
- Trying with other VGA cables
I don't know what to do...
My configuration if it can help:
Operating System
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Processor
Intel Core i5 7500 @ 3.40GHz: 44 °C
Kaby Lake Technology 14nm
RAM
16.0 GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1066 MHz (15-15-15-35)
Motherboard
MSI H270 GAMING M3 (MS-7A62) (U3E1): 31 °C
Graphics
LG ULTRAWIDE (2560x1080@60Hz)
SM2333TN (1920x1080@60Hz)
4095 MoNVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (NVIDIA): 33 °C
Storage
232GB Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB (SSD): 32 °C
2794GB Seagate ST3000DM008-2DM166 (SATA): 30 °C
4657GB TOSHIBA External USB 3.0 USB Device (SSD): 32 °C

Thank you in advance for your responses.

When you turn on both screens, one of which remains black. Your mouse pointer is on the first screen. When you move it to the right, does it get stuck or does it disappear as if it were on the second screen?

He disappears, and moreover, when I take a screenshot, I can clearly see the second desktop.
