Hello,
when I turn on my decoder, it starts (checking the decoder and genius connection) and asks for my line number and pin code. Normally, this is supposed to be registered.
I enter the line number and the pin code (yes, it's the correct line number and the correct pin) then Error "SYS_1".
Does anyone know how to fix this?

The only alternative is to call Proximus and ask them what to do, reset and all that...
Not sure they will answer at this hour though ;-)
Just in case, here’s a free number: 0800 33 800.
Or you could go to a Proximus shop near you tomorrow, I believe they’re open on Saturdays ;-)
But have you even checked the Proximus forum? According to that forum, the outage is on their end, so there’s nothing you can do but wait.
There’s actually a discussion about this outage in a thread from about a year ago, research and reading go hand in hand ;-)
