Connection issue or invalid IHM code

Hello everyone
I am unable to check my credit or access the plans offered by my operator (Orange Cameroon). I am eagerly waiting for your help. Thank you. LG-F180

    Hello everyone, this is simply due to a misconfiguration on your mobile device if you've switched to 4G mode. To solve the problem, simply go into mobile data settings, and instead of selecting 4G only, choose 4G/3G/2G auto so that the network operator can choose the appropriate network depending on the area you are in! Thank you.
