Error CE-34335-8 and unable to start safe mode

Hello everyone,

I'm posting here because I'm feeling hopeless and the online Playstation support is useless.

I have a first-generation PS4 FAT since 2014, and this Tuesday I encountered an error when starting my console that says:

Unable to start PS4.
Unable to access the system storage.
Hold down the power button for 1 second (until the system beeps) to turn off the PS4.
(CE-34335-8)

After reading several websites and forums, they all tell me to open the console, remove the internal hard drive, put it back in, and restart the console. I obviously tried this solution, but I keep getting the same screen with the same message. Having replaced the original hard drive, I also tried putting the original one back, and the same result.

I also read that I should start the console in safe mode, and again, I hold the start button until I hear the second beep, but I can't access the safe mode menu; I just get the same error screen again.

I even bought a new internal hard drive, put it in the console, and the same result, still the same screen with the same error message.

I'm at the end of my rope, so if anyone has had a similar situation and solved it, I would appreciate your help!

Thank you in advance!

Hello

watch this video
it's for a slim but it has exactly the same problem
It's a motherboard component that no longer works and therefore the PS4 no longer recognizes the HDDs
