Shein order, Yunexpress carrier, package not received

I placed an order on January 26th from Shein and I still haven't received it, so I'm worried. Indeed, for the largest package, the carrier is Yunexpress and since my package arrived in France, the tracking seems to be stuck (since February 5th) at the status of customs clearance completed... I will list the package details below.
Do you think I will receive it one day? Knowing that the post office is supposed to take over in France, but it seems to be taking a long time, doesn’t it? Once customs clearance is completed, it should go fast.
If anyone has been in the same situation, please help me.

I have a very similar experience to yours, but it was when I sent a big package from France to China. And I can tell you that because of the covid-19 situation and the general movement restrictions, international packages take much longer to reach their destination, especially when they arrive at customs.
Because it requires more caution and the inspection process and import control are more complicated and meticulous. But once it gets out of customs, everything goes well and FAST.
If after a week from clearing customs you do not receive the package, that is not normal. It’s better to contact Shein's customer service.

Yes, I contacted Shein but even they don't know what could have happened, for them the package is lost but they're not sure.... it's true that it has been 13 days since it was cleared through customs, maybe we have to wait a little longer, I don't know if other people have been in the same situation and then received their package....
It's strange nonetheless.
