Hello.
AS690A for the base
AS690H for the handsets (including the one placed on the AS690A base).
The radio reception icon on all handsets shows 3 ))) therefore reception is "good to weak."
The bell icon crossed out by an x is not present.

Hello
For silent calls, the handsets have a conversation in their menu that allows the handsets not to ring...
See manual on page 35
In fact, it's the base that rings but not the handsets

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it isn't there...

Ok...
Connections between handsets and base okay
Ringtones not muted
Are you able to call contacts?
If your device is connected to a box, try resetting it by cutting off the power supply to the box for a minute, then turning it back on.

Yes, I can call correspondents.
I have indeed cut the power to the box for a few minutes, but the handsets are still not ringing.
Note: However, since the beginning, the screens "light up" when receiving a call. It's just the ringer that doesn't work.

Remove the handset from the base
If you briefly press the "Paging" button .))) on the base, do both handsets ring?
Press "Paging" briefly again to stop the ringing.
How is the voicemail triggering set up?
You say "the screens light up during a call," but what do they display?
Another point to check in your Orange customer area:
- the caller ID must be set to Yes
- call forwarding to voicemail after 5 rings
like below

Thanks to your questions, I eventually found the cause of the anomaly. However, I don't understand the reason behind it.
The tests were conducted with a phone (mobile) whose number is hidden.
The base unit recognizes the call (hidden) and rings.
The other handsets acknowledge the call (it indicates: hidden call and a bell icon appears) but they do not ring??? I am not sure if it's a misconfiguration... but it’s less bothersome.
In any case, I thank you very much because your help and availability have been very valuable to me.
Have a good rest of the day.
