Hello, I just bought the Gigaset AS690H fixed phone version. When placed on its base, it stays on, and when taken off the base, it turns off. How can I fix this issue? Thank you.

Hello everyone, I just spoke with the Gigaset hotline: the answer is to take the phone out of its base and it turns off after a short time while in standby.
Do not press the red hang-up button, as that turns off the phone.
Good night, it just needed to be noted in the manual.

November 4, 2020 at 2:48 PM is not correct because I believe that away from its charger, the battery will not hold
the charge indefinitely. But indeed, off its dock, it turns off after 11 seconds.
