Wifi driver issue [Thomson THN14B] Solved/Closed

Question

Hello,
I just reinstalled Windows 10 on a Thomson THN14B laptop, but there is no Wi-Fi connection and it doesn't have an Ethernet port. I have therefore downloaded the corresponding Wi-Fi driver for the laptop model (RTL8723BS) from another computer, but every time I launch the setup.exe in the installation folder and restart the computer, I still have no Wi-Fi and no new driver in the network adapter section of the device manager. The troubleshooting utility keeps telling me that "Windows has not detected a properly installed network adapter. If you have a network adapter, you need to reinstall the driver." So if anyone could help me

Hello,

If it's a 32-bit, try this one --> Intel Soc
Unzip it
Go to the folder of the unzipped driver --> SOC_BYT_Win10_32
Folder --> PlatformInstaller
Run the setup.exe

If it still doesn’t work, you’ll have to install them manually.

Windows + R Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.  Do you have a section --> other devices?  What do you have in network adapters?  Give the hardware identification number of the network controller Look at this --> Find a device's identification number Post the number in your next message. Right-click on an unknown device
Update driver
Browse my computer for drivers
Browse
Go to the unzipped driver folder --> SOCPackage_CHT_Intel_Win10_64_VER105
Folder --> 105
Folder --> 3807
Select the folder --> Drivers
OK, next

Do the same with all other problematic devices

Restart.

For unknown devices, INT 3400, etc..., try this driver --> DPTF

Unzip it
Go to Device Manager
Right-click on an unknown device --> ACPI INT3400
Update the driver
Browse my computer for drivers
Browse
Go to the unzipped driver folder --> DPTF_Intel_.....
Select the folder --> Bin
OK, next

Do the same with all other devices ACPI\INT3401, 3403, etc...
