BIOS Opening Issue

Hello,

I recently retrieved my son's college PC (Toshiba Ordival).
I found how to reset it and created a bootable USB stick of Ubuntu on my computer. The PC is running Windows 10.

I wanted to try booting from my USB stick so that I can use Linux on this device, but I cannot access the BIOS.

When I restart the PC, a blue screen appears with "Restarting" and then a black screen, immediately followed by the welcome menu.
So I cannot access the BIOS.

Do you have a solution to access that menu and/or boot from my USB stick without the BIOS?

Thank you for your responses.

PS: Sorry for the chosen forum, I couldn't find anything more suitable :(

Hello. These PCs are locked by the National Education.
Try to contact a tech teacher, they are in charge of the PCs.
Be careful, these PCs are often garbage (32 Go eMMc). Maybe it would work with Linux.
