Unable to open my web browsers

Hello, since yesterday I have been unable to open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, even in safe mode, no virus has been detected, I have tried a lot of things but nothing works, I can't uninstall them because I have no way to reinstall them on my PC afterwards, I am using Windows 8, if someone can help me that would be great I need access to them for work.

    What do you mean? Do you have an error message?

    Have you tried installing Firefox or SRWare or others?

      No message appears, and I can't install Firefox or anything else because I only have one PC.

    In Cortana/search, type IE, click on Internet Explorer to see if it launches
