Hello,
I would like to watch Canal+ shows on replay or live via Mycanal.
However, when I select a video using Firefox, and register as a subscriber, I get the message "your internet browser is not compatible with this version of the video player"
I called Canal+ but they did not provide a solution.
Can you help me?
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 72.0

Hello, no response? I'm dodging the issue, as they say. For that, use another search engine, Chrome, Explorer... Bing... you type in my canal
"donkeys change their minds, not fools"
remember to mark your message as "resolved" if that is the case.

Good evening,
I never use CHROME because of an ethical issue: this company has been fined several times by European courts for "intrusion" into the privacy of internet users and for refusing to pay taxes in various European countries.
But I found the solution by using EDGE
Thank you for the advice
Best regards
