Hello everyone,
Having received i500 TWS earbuds, I managed to connect them to my phone but only one earbud was working out of the two. Then, after several attempts with different phones, it suddenly became impossible to pair them with a phone; they appear in Bluetooth but don’t connect.
Do you know if there is a special operation that I might have missed (likely something very simple but it’s quite possible)?

Hello,
put your earbuds in their case (case charged), close the case lid, open the case without taking your earbuds out and pair them with your phone, once paired take your earbuds out of the case.
