Good evening, I bought a smartwatch from the brand EKO that I don't know (on Showroomprivé) and I'm looking for reviews on this brand but I haven't found anything. I feel like I'm the only one who bought it lol... If anyone has purchased a smartwatch from EKO, could you please share your feedback?! Have a nice evening!

    Personally, I just received the eko city.
    Honestly, for the price, it's frankly a piece of junk.
    Aside from tracking constants, you can't do anything with it.
    It vibrates for phone calls and alarms, but you still need your phone to answer, etc., and to turn off the alarm.
    You can't even change the watch faces. So really too expensive, even at 79 euros on the showroom. To think it's supposedly worth 199 euros at eko. It's really a scam.

      Hello,

      The Eko brand that you can also find on Showroom is actually a dropshipping brand. This means that it is not a real watch brand, and you can find them on Aliexpress for 2 euros. In other words, it's a scam. I had proof when I did a reverse image search on Google, meaning I took the image of the watch available on Eko or Showroom and then searched for that image on the internet. The result: for sale on Aliexpress, Amazon, etc... by sellers on the other side of the world for prices ranging from 2 to 200 euros...

        Hello,

        I ordered the Fire watch from Eko on Showroomprivé in March 2022. I have never managed to connect it to my phone! It doesn't even stay on, even when charged! To top it all off, my order doesn't even appear in my order history anymore. So, I can't take any action regarding this order.

        In October, I ordered a juicer. I didn't use it right away. The items I unpacked were in good condition. I stopped there. This week, I wanted to use the juicer and discovered that two essential pieces were missing from the package. I have no choice but to buy these parts from the supplier, and on top of that, one of the pieces is out of stock!

        I also had problems with a pair of headphones.

        I am extremely disappointed with Showroomprivé. I will not order again, especially since it's very complicated to get in touch.

      I have the marvelous and I can turn off the alarm directly on the watch, answer calls and talk, I change the dial via the app but there are very few choices. But well, apart from the calls, nothing more than on watches from Aliexpress or Shein. Too expensive for what it is. Disappointed ????

    I have exactly the same experience
    Purchase on showroom privé for €75, value on the eko site €199...
    Thick watch, cheap-looking, very small writing on the dial, few functionalities, drains quickly.
    I regret this purchase which is absolutely not worth the price. Very very disappointed. Avoid.

    Hello,

    I bought this watch on the showroomprive website and as soon as I unboxed it, the crown of the watch broke. It's of very poor quality; aesthetically, it looks nice, but it's to be avoided. I do not recommend it.

    Hello, I also bought the Eko Crystal watch on Showroomprive.com. It is indeed very low quality. It stopped transferring data after a week of use. The customer service at Showroomprive.com is asking for information that is impossible to find (serial number, article code,...) which discourages us from continuing the process.
    I will never buy a watch from an unknown brand again.

    Hello, following a purchase of an eko watch from showroom, it’s really a scam given the price; supposedly it does everything but in the end it does nothing at all, and when trying to contact showroom, nobody answers despite a requested return.... Really to be banned.

      There is no Eko cable for the watch. It's a standard cable.

    I have the Eko Yossemit and the dial is not even centered, you can see it when it lights up. I think it's not worth 200 euros, it was cheaper on Showroom.

    The quality is not very good, the application to download is Chinese, and the menu is a French translation from Chinese, which is sometimes not very understandable.
    The battery does not last, barely 24 hours, and the watch is not waterproof.
    I regret buying this watch.

    I also just received the Eko facility watch as a gift purchased on the showroom, but I can't turn it on despite all my attempts to power it on, and I charged it for more than 2 hours but it won't turn on. So I think I'm going to return it because it must be defective.

    For the manual, you need to scan the QR CODE with your phone and then download the manual.
