Hello

Recently, after turning off my Wiko View2 mobile phone in the evening, when I turn it back on the next morning, it immediately displays a page with at the top: "auto ffbm - item test" and at the bottom and on a green background "shut down" on the left and "reboot" on the right; to turn it on, I press "reboot" without understanding, and the phone turns on immediately with the home page; I do not understand either the reason or the meaning of this recent display; can anyone inform me and tell me if there is something to do or leave it as it is?

Sincerely

Hello, it is not advisable to use some of these functions as they may affect the operation of your phone.

Hello, can you please check that you are only pressing the power button during the phone's startup?

Hello

I think I was only pressing the power button, but maybe a bit too hard or for too long, because now I always press this button but just at the edge of it without pressing too hard, but until I feel a slight vibration before the device turns on, and I no longer have the problem I mentioned in my question.

In fact, I believe I was bothered by the case as the holes/slits are not exactly aligned with the two buttons, but slightly higher.

Can you tell me which button or what you were thinking of when you asked your question that might have caused my problem, as I'm not yet very familiar with this device which is new to me?

Best regards

Hello, depending on the keys pressed simultaneously, you can access certain modes such as recovery mode.

Hello

Here is a function that I performed without knowing how!

In fact, there are two buttons: on/off at the bottom and higher up: volume; if I understand correctly, by pressing both buttons simultaneously I can access the recovery function; could you please let me know what other functions I can access with these two buttons?

Best regards
